Tanja Eisenblätter, licensed attorney at law since 2001, has since been with the firm and is a partner in Hogan Lovells' Hamburg office. She is a member of the firm's dispute resolution team.

Tanja is an experienced litigator who focuses on civil damage procedures thereby both enforcing her clients' rights and defending them. She also deals with commercial litigation; her clients praise her as "business-oriented and quick" (Legal 500, 2011) and "very focused and tough in front of the court" (Chambers 2014).

Tanja and her team advise energy companies in contentious and pre-contentious matters, together with the Hamburg Offshore Competency Center.

In addition, for more than ten years, Tanja has advised international research-based pharmaceutical companies as well as medical devices companies on all relevant fields of law, particularly advertising law for pharmaceuticals and unfair competition law. This is only one part of Tanja's compliance related work. She also conducts internal investigations. Furthermore, she represents her clients in court, seeking compensation with regard to white-collar crimes and assists them during investigations by the public prosecution.

Tanja studied at the University of Hamburg and received her LL.M. from Washington College of Law, Washington, D.C. She is a member of the German Coalition for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law and the German-American Legal Coalition.
